Replies typically within one business day. If your account is broken in a way that blocks training, mention “urgent” in the subject and I'll move it ahead of everything else.

My Strava ride didn't show up
AdaptCycling listens to Strava's webhook and ingests new activities within seconds. If a ride is missing, give it a minute, then refresh. Still missing? Email support with the activity URL and I'll re-sync it manually.
Change your FTP, weight, or training hours
Open Settings from the left rail. Saving triggers an automatic plan refresh — past completed rides are preserved.
Cancel your subscription
Open Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. No questions, no retention pressure.
Delete your account
Open Settings → Delete. This permanently erases your profile, plan, ride history, and chat memory, and disconnects from Strava. You can also revoke AdaptCycling from Strava's connected-apps page — we listen for the deauthorization webhook and delete your data within seconds.
Refund request
Email support within 14 days of your purchase and I'll refund you, no questions. After 14 days I review on a case-by-case basis.
